Do I need a credit card to start?
No. Create a free account and use the Landed Cost Calculator and other free-tier tools without entering payment details.
How do credits work?
Premium tool runs consume credits based on complexity. Pay-as-you-go loads credits at 500 per $1 (minimum $3). Subscription plans include a monthly credit allowance that accumulates in your balance.
Do credits expire?
In v1, credits accumulate in a single balance with no expiry. Subscription grants and PAYG top-ups add to the same pool.
Can I change or cancel my plan?
Yes. Manage billing from your account — upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime through the Stripe Customer Portal.
